Laurence Ponchaut is President of Letzpact since its inception in 2021.
Laurence is the founding partner and managing director of Distinct Consulting, a Reputation Management and Public Affairs consultancy in Luxembourg. In this role, she is advising various business actors, advancing their interests or helping them better understand the political/institutional/regulatory landscape of the Grand-Duchy.
Laurence Ponchaut benefits from an extensive international cross-sectoral experience acquired as an economic expert for the European Commission (Directorate-General for International Partnerships) based in Africa, as a strategic Big4 consultant and as an in-house strategic planner for a major European financial infrastructure player based in Luxembourg. She then became Head of Corporate Reputation for the largest steel producer before founding Distinct Consulting in 2009. Laurence holds a master degree in economics from Solvay Business School (Brussels) and HEC Montréal and has an MBA from INSEAD.
Malik Zeniti became Vice-president of Letzpact in 2024 to foster the organization’s growth.
His previous role as director of the Cluster for Logistics Luxembourg established him as a prominent advocate for Luxembourg’s logistics sector.
Malik is an independent member of the board for a major engineering office in Luxembourg since early 2023.
He also leads ZEN Innovation, a consulting firm founded in 2023, which offers expertise in innovation, logistics or transport policy and public relations.
He is an accomplished leader in logistics, transport policy and industrial strategy, with over 35 years of experience, taking-up strategic initiatives to foster organization’s growth with passion.
Malik holds a master’s degree (Dipl.- Ing.) in chemical engineering from the university of Karlsruhe (KIT) and is perfectly multi-lingual.
He began his career in aeronautical engineering and then joined DuPont, where he built a distinguished 25-year career across multiple continents.
He has had roles in business development, sales & marketing or technical support in different sectors of industry contributing to DuPont’s operational excellence and market expansion.
Mathilde Brasseur is Secretary General of Letzpact since its inception in 2021.
Mathilde is Corporate Affairs Manager for JTI in Belgium and Luxembourg. In this role she conveys JTI’s voice in the major issues decided in Belgium and Luxembourg and represents the company within Belux political and decision-making bodies. Mathilde also manages JTI’s philanthropic portfolio for both countries.
Mathilde benefits from an experience as a consultant in European Affairs with a specialization in Techs and financial services. She created the Parisian club ‘Cercle Europe et Technologies du futur’ that brings together companies, entrepreneurs, investors and researchers with the EU ecosystem to create new synergies. Mathilde holds a double Master degree in European Affairs and Lobbying from ICP and European and International Law from KU Leuven, as well as a Certificate on EU law and politics from HEC Paris
He is the spokeperson of the House of Automobile Luxembourg an Director of Footiprint Advisory Services.
He was Director of International Institutional Relationships at ARVAL, a 100% subsidiary of the BNP-Paribas Group. In his role, he represents Arval in international political and decision-making bodies and participates in the governance of the leasing and car rental industry associations. He also conveys Arval’s voice in the major issues decided at the European Union level (data, taxation, energy transition, etc.).
Gerry holds a degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the IAE in Nancy. He began his career in Luxembourg in the banking sector before moving on to the insurance sector. Prior of his appointment to his international role in 2020 he was General Manager of the Luxembourg subsidiary of Arval.
Pascale Kauffman has a broad PR and PA experience in the public Luxembourg and private local and international sectors.
She began her career with the satellite operator SES, after obtaining her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences at ULB. At SES held various management positions in institutional communications, market development, marketing and sales.
In 2007 she set up and run the communications and press department of the City of Luxembourg.
Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to found Apollo Strategists in 2012, a public affairs and crisis communications consultancy firm. Pascale engages her expertise in boards of organisations which live their values daily.
In charge of Institutional Affairs Luxembourg at Ferrero International since May 2022.
Jo Cless worked as an attaché de presse for several entities : the Vice Prime minister, minister of defense from 2021 to 2022, the Service Information et Presse in 2021, and the Prime minister from 2015 to 2020.
Jo began his carreer as an attaché at the Luxembourg permanent representation at UNO then as a journalist for Echo des entreprises from 2009 to 2015. He also has been the official redactor of the Luxembourg government’s official website.
